A 3D model can contain several sub-objects on which the textures can be applied.
Click on the 3D model and navigate to the Properties window. Under Sources, you can see all the sub-objects that the 3D model contains.
Click on one of the sub-objects to open it's properties. Base color is a default color you can change at anytime.
To apply a unique texture to the 3D model, you can use either a Thrower or a Canvas.
