One way to access the Warp & Blend feature is with a Texture Warp & Blend node.
Drag from the Texture output of the desired media file and type Texture Warp & Blend. Connect it to the output and now you can start adjusting.
Click on the Setup button.
In the Warp & Blend Setup window let's first check the Enable option under Warping section.
Here we can add the vertical and horizontal guide split lines with the + and - icons.
Now we can use the guider lines to warp our texture however we like.
We can click on the Reset Warp button to restore the previous, unchanged texture.
Checking the Render Mesh option allows us to see helper circles, which can be useful for more precise adjusting. You can change the helper circles' size and even manually move them one by one with the Manual Edit window.
In this section we can add a soft-edge to our texture. This can be useful for blending the textures together.
In the Warp & Blend Setup window let's first check the Enable option under Softedge section.
In my case, I will try to mask out the black spot that appeared during warping. Click on one of the 4 handles and drag inwards to apply blending.
Luminance and Exponent options determine the softness of the mask.
Click on Reset blend to reset it.
