LA4-6623: Hide Bugsplat With A Launch Argument
Added a launch argument to control BugSplat behavior in sensitive scenarios. When -no_bugsplat is present (via command line or options.ini), the app will either fully disable BugSplat or suppress only the BugSplat popup while still writing crash dumps to the crashDumps folder. Behavior depends on BugSplat SDK capabilities. This provides a cleaner user experience without losing critical crash diagnostics where supported.

LA4-6441: Mute All Autoblend Nodes
Resolved an issue where enabling “Mute all AutoBlend nodes” showed a warning but still output a masked texture from AutoBlend to Texture Blend. The mute action now correctly bypasses the blend mask, passing through unblended textures as expected.
